Alberta Mae LeBarron Lute

She was born January 20, 1920 in Smithport, McKean County, a daughter of the late Francis Leroy and Rosetta Viola Baker LeBarron.

Alberta was a homemaker and a member of the Masontown Brethren Church, Masontown and was known as a prayer warrior in the church.

On December 6, 1936 she married Robert H. Lute, who died March 10, 1996.

Surviving are 7 children, Charlotte Fox of Palmyra, NY, Shirley Randall of Waynesburg, Robert Lute Jr. of Troupsburg, NY, Betty Lockard of Raven, VA, Richard Lute of Memphis, TN, Debbie (Wayne) Sutch of Ellsworth, Kenneth (Kay) Lute of Morgantown, WV; two daughter-in-law’s, Judy Lute of Masontown and Terri Lute of Guam; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Deceased are two sons, Larry Lute and James Lute, and two infant children, Norma June and Paul David; a sister, Erna Griest; a brother, Paul LeBarron; three son-in-law’s, Glenn Fox, Robert Randall and Scott Lockard.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 pm Sunday in the Masontown Brethren Church, 110 W. Church Ave., Masontown, PA 15461, where services will be held on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Rodney Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Masontown Brethren Church, 110 W. Church Ave., Masontown, PA 15461.
