She was born November 16, 1932 at Bobtown, a daughter of the late Joe and Anna Hydock Nevedale.
She was a graduate of Mapletown High School.
Her first husband Bill Vilenica, and her second husband, Sam Ekovich are both deceased.
Mrs. Ekovich resided in Escondido, California for several years before returning home to be with her family.
She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Surviving are three sons, Robert (Bridget) Vilenica of Clarksville, David (Rebecca) Vilenica of Rices Landing and Daniel ( the late Nikki) Vilenica of Uniontown; 8 grandchildren, Jesse Wolf, Julia, Eric, Kaylene, Hana, Caralyn, Hailey, and Bay Vilenica.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Deceased are a son Billy Vilenica and daughter, Janet Vilenica Duranko.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Route 21, Carmichaels.
