She was born January 8, 1992 in Washington, a daughter of William Grooms of Waynesburg and Andrea Austin Hudson and her husband Jimmy of Calhoun, MO.
Ms. Grooms had worked as a hostess at the Tilt n Kilt in Pittsburgh and at one time in dietary department at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg.
Surviving in addition to her parents, is a son Damien Lee Grooms; maternal grandparents, James and Sandra Danko Austin of Prosperity; her boyfriend, Donnie Bowden; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Deceased are her paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Patricia Parker Grooms.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc.1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where services will held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2015 with Pastor James Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg.
