She was born July 19, 1966 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Kathleen Sue Salva Falcon.
Ms. Wellman was a graduate of Beth-Center High School in 1984.
She was an active football fan of Beth-Center and the Pittsburgh Steelers, and also attend the Vestaburg Senior Citizens Center.
Surviving are three sisters, Denise Breakiron and her husband Bruce of Waynesburg, Bobbi Jo Falcon of Fredericktown, and Kelley Falcon of Millsboro; three nieces, Angel Renee Rose, Sara Vandivner, and Molly Falcon; a nephew, Brad Vandivner; and an aunt, Mildred “Mitzie” Salva of Millsboro.
