She was born August 18, 1944, in Washington, a daughter of the late Paul and Doris Day Martin.
Becky was a graduate of McGuffy High School.
She was a homemaker, wife, mom, Nana, and friend to everyone she met.
She was an avid sports fan, especially the teams her children and grandchildren played for.
On January 4, 1963, she married Edward W. Chess Sr., who survives.
Also surviving are six children, Edward W. (Amy) Chess Jr. of Carmichaels, Teresa (Peter) Butler of Medina, OH, Mark Chess of Washington, Melissa (James) Rubino of Spotsylvania, VA, Kathy (David) Hillsman of Carmichaels, and Kristen (Justin) Voithofer of Carmichaels; 13 grandchildren, Emily (Andy) Shope, Annie Chess, Madison Butler, Leanna Chess, Nathan (Demi) Chess, Jimmy (Kayla) Rubino, Matthew Rubino, Hannah Rubino, Zachary Hillsman, Carson Hillsman, Megan Voithofer, Avery Voithofer, and Parker Voithofer; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Letta Scanlon of Greentree; and a sister-in-law, Lynne Martin of Prosperity.
Deceased is a brother, Edwin L. Martin.
