He was born August 4, 1949 in San Antonio, TX, a son of the late Rexell L. Dailey Sr. and Pauline Whipkey Dailey.
Rex had worked as a health care equipment technician for Apria Health Care in Canonsburg.
Surviving are two sisters, Emma Lee of Clarksville and Karen Daily of MO; a niece Stacy Manning, with whom he had made his home and several other nieces and nephews.
Deceased are siblings, James Dailey, Nancy Dailey, Vicki Jay, and Deborah Kennedy.
