

Sharon Kay (Stohon) Mack, after a life filled with love and laughter, was called home to join her devoted husband, Albert James Mack, in eternal life on July 25, 2022. She transitioned peacefully in the arms of her daughters, after a short illness at the age of “29”.
Sharon was a graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School, class of 1966. She worked in property management for much of her life.
She was a warm and giving person who enjoyed helping others, previously volunteering for Hospice.
She was the ultimate host. Gathering family and friends in her home after adorning every available surface with food and decorations brought her such delight. Baking with her grandchildren was her preferred way to spend her time, lady locks, pumpkin pie stuffed cheesecakes were the specialties.
Sharon was a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and all around amazing person. She brought so much light into this world and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughters, Angela Mack and Rachelle (Carl) Schaum; two grandchildren, Kylie and Graydon Schaum; brother, George (Linda) Stohon Jr.; sister-in-law, Wendy Stohon; sisters by choice, Eva Kolat, Lauretta Darby and Mary Scherer; along with many more cherished family and friends.
Sharon is preceded in death by the loved of her life, Albert J. Mack; her parents, George Stohon Sr. and Kathryn Olson Stohon Deeb; and her brother, Michael Stohon.
A Mass of Christin Burial will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Marcellus Worship site of St. Matthias Parish, 1340 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, with Fr. James Farnan as celebrant. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg.
