Timothy B. Bane

He was born May 12, 1960 in Waynesburg, a son of George R. Bane Sr. of Clarksville and the late Betty A. Bartowick Bane.

Mr. Bane was a 1978 graduate of Beth Center High School and had worked as a painter and welder for Brownsville Marine Products.

He enjoyed fishing in Erie, raising chickens and spending time in his garden. Mostly, he enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially his grandsons, daughter, and a nephew, James A. Roberts.

Surviving in addition to his father is a daughter, Heather Bane-Darr and her husband Joseph of Waynesburg; two grandsons, Carter Richard and Maxx Arthur Darr; a brother, George R. Bane Jr. and his wife Mary of Besco; two sisters, Sherri Ashcraft and her husband Steve of Besco and Amy L. Roberts and James Rohrer of Clarksville; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Deceased in addition to his mother, is a brother, Joseph Bane who died in infancy; maternal grandparents, Joseph Bartowick and Pauline Martin Bartowick Edgar; paternal grandparents, Ted and Mildred Bane; a brother-in-law, James Roberts; uncles, Theodore Bane, Daniel Bane and Dale “Huck” Bane.

Friends and family are welcome to a memorial service on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 2:30 pm in the American Legion, Hanson-Cole Post #391, 501 Front Street, Fredericktown, PA 15333.
