Ann Hall Tyson

Ann was born May 16,1935 in Rose Hill North Carolina to Henry Hall and Rosalyle (Bonum) Hall.

Ann loved to tell stories of her beautiful life growing up on the farm in Rose Hill with her parents, grandparents and sisters. She graduated Magnolia High School and Flora MacDonald Girls College in Red Springs NC then moved to Wrightsville Beach NC where she taught school until she met and married the love of her life, Ted Tyson. Ted and Ann eventually settled in Stuart, FL in 1960 after traveling with Ted’s job with Dickerson Florida Inc. Contracting first to Georgia and the Florida Keys.

Ann loved life, people and dogs. She never met a stranger and treated everyone with kindness, caring and a true interest.

She is survived by Ted, her loving husband of (64) years, daughter Annette NC, sister Frances Smith, NC and much loved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her daughter Gail, parents and sisters Mary Katherine Morrow and Lyle Johnson.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday August 31, 2022 at the Fernhill Cemetery 1501 S Kanner Hwy, Stuart FL.
