Anthony P. Romano passed away Sunday March 13th, 2022 at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife Carol of 63 years daughter Kathleen Parietti (Dennis deceased), Marianne Pakovich (Steve). Grandchildren Angela Sonntag (Donny), Sean Sonntag (Lilli), Raymond Parietti (Brian), Kimberly Parietti (Jerry), and Jacob Pakovich. Great-Grandchildren Jadalyn, Nathan & Emma. Tony is preceded by his parents Frank & Antoinette Romano. He was born December 21, 1934 and raised in Detroit, Michigan along with his younger brother Nicolo.
Tony worked at Monarch Life Insurance in Detroit until he moved to Florida. Once in Florida he became owner of Romano's restaurant for many years. He then went to work for Scrips Howard until his retirement. During his retirement, he volunteered at St. Martin de Porres soup kitchen.
He enjoyed traveling, the beach, cars and gardening. Most of all, he loved his family. He will truly be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Anthony P. Romano to Treasure Coast Hospice.
Visitation will be from 4-5:30pm Friday March 18th with service to follow at 5:30pm
