Jensen Beach- Genevieve Cecilia-Andre Schoeneberg, 95, of Jensen Beach, FL, died on October 27, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Iron Mountain, MI to the late Marion and Marcelle Pryor and has lived in the Jensen Beach area with her loving husband for 46 years. Genevieve worked many jobs from fine jewelry sales to restaurant manager. However, her finest job was of being a wife and mother. She enjoyed playing Sony PlayStation video games, growing rare orchids, painting and traveling the world by cruise ship.
She leaves behind her husband of 51 years, Donald Schoeneberg; three children: Marcel Lecanu, Maurice Lecanu (wife Theresa), and Sherry (husband John); grandson Jean Lecanu Jr.; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; three nieces JoAnne Badame, Lynn Schoeneberg, Allison Bailey and nephew, Kenneth Schoeneberg and their children.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her three sons: Jacques, Marc and Jean Sr.; and father and mother-in-law Gustave and Evelyn Schoeneberg; brother and sister-in-law Robert and Alice Schoeneberg.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Entombment will be on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM at All Saints Cemetery, 2303 NE Seaview Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
