Jeff was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL and moved to Jensen Beach in 1979.
He was the owner of We Care Carpet Cleaning Company in Martin and St. Lucie County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey D. Cullum.
Survivors include mother, Barbara Cullum/Bill Borra of Stuart, FL, sisters Debbi/Allen Odis of Brownsville, KY and Sandy/Ron Gemmer of Boynton Beach, FL, brothers Mike/Lisa Cullum of Stuart, FL, Harvey/Cindy Cullum of Port St. Lucie, FL and six nephews and two nieces.
Visitation will be on Saturday August 3, 2013 at Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach, FL from 10:00 AM to 12:00PM, followed by a service at Noon. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Jensen Beach, FL.
