Mariano Cannizzaro

Mariano was born on January 2, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He was married to his life partner, Kathleen for 62 years. Mario was an avid woodsman, fisherman and gardener who took great pride in his yard and large family. He spent most of his weekends enjoying sports and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mariano was a member of St Martins de Porres Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Girolama and Francesco Cannizzaro and sister Rossie Jannotta. Mariano is survived by wife Kathleen; His two sons Frank Cannizzaro (Maryann) John Cannizzaro (Michelle) and two daughters Pauline Holland (Jeff) and Geraldine Sullivan (Joe); his 10 grandchildren; his 16 great grandchildren; his three, brothers Gasper (Mary), twin-brother Joseph (Josephine) and Charlie Cannizzaro, sister Vita Milanese and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
