Matthew Patch, of Palm City, Florida, was a stillborn birth at 33 weeks on November 13th 2025. Surviving family members include his father and mother, Matt and Krystal Patch, siblings, Tyler Addy and Blake Patch, his uncle Brad Cousino, and Grandma, Shawna Cousino. Matthew's remains will be set free into the Atlantic ocean at a future date sometime December 2025. A memorial display will remain on site at the Patch residence until then.
