Born in Chardon, Ohio, he lived in Leesburg for 8 years coming from Jensen Beach, FL.

Robert was the Site Manager for Tally Road Self Storage in Leesburg. He was of Christian faith and had a love of fishing and boating, spending his free time on and around the water.

He is survived by his mother, Debra Skidmore of Jensen Beach, FL; sister, Stephanie Skidmore of Stuart, FL; paternal grandmother, Ann Horvath of Hobe Sound, FL; material grandmother, Lois Cavanaugh of Mantua, OH and material grandfather, Blaine Kaufman, of Burton, Oho.

He is predeceased by his father, Robert J. Skidmore, Jr. and grandfather, Robert J. Skidmore, Sr.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 6, 2013, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, with a service at 12:00 pm at Aycock Funeral Home in Jensen Beach. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach, FL.
