

William was born in Ashland, GA and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1983 coming from Hialeah, FL.
William was a retired Warrant Officer from the US Air Force, served in WWII and in Korea. He was also a Senior Analyst for Eastern Airlines. He was a member of Morningside Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Survivors include wife of 29 years Jean Westbrook of Port St. Lucie, FL, Daughter Tricia Westbrook-Bailey and her husband Terry, of Alto, GA, stepdaughters Linda Hall and her husband Virgil of Lake Worth, FL, and Diane Iglesias and her husband Ricky of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren April Seymour, Tania Charlez and her husband Mark, Daniel Alvarez, and Michael Alvarez; and great grandchildren Blake Seymour, Kyle Seymour, Mason Charlez, Kendal Charlez, and Laila Alvarez.
William was predeceased by his daughter Sherry Westbrook, brother Frank Westbrook, and sisters Davalene Buchanan, and Mildred Sills.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd., Jensen Beach, FL 34953.
