Alice was such an inspiration and also a delight to anyone who knew her.  She was always thinking of others and doing for them.  My son was her physical therapist and for years she took him boxes of grilled cheese crackers.  She knew he loved them and he appreciated her and her thoughtfulness so much.

I shall miss her and think of her often.  She touched my life also as a friend and she will be missed.  Her faith kept her strong and I know that she is in the presence of her Lord.

Your family will be in my prayers.

It is so hard to lose another of our precious emigrants who laid such a valuable foundation for all of us! We shared many precious and memorable times with Afaf through the years and we will certainly miss her warm and loving friendship and that fun loving spirit she had! Love to all of you in the lose of your mom and grandmother.

I remember your sweet mom from over 30 years ago. She will be missed. I’m so sorry for your loss. We have lost so many of that wonderful generation of immigrants that made us who we are today. They worked hard in their adoptive country and maintained the warmth, generosity of spirit and sense of Lebanese family, never forgetting our Lebanese culture. 

The memory I would like to share is that of admiration and a source of inspiration for a woman who was able to put her difficult past behind her and live in the present while planning for the future.  I never sensed any bitterness or resultant cynicism in her, but rather joy and a positive outlook on life that made her so appealing to be with.  I can learn from her.

Dears cousins,
I’m saddened about the departing of aunty Alice🙏May her soul Rest In Peace .
I have a lot of memories of us spending fun times together , in Lebanon with dad.
I remember her always laughing and having a good time of course with some wine.
She always told me( honey let the Lord take care of the problems)
We laughed a lot , I’ll always cherish and remember our times together🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️ Until we meet again Alice. 
I know she’s with all the departed family members.

Mona, Ricky, and Larry,
   I have so many fond memories of your Mom. Whenever I would go to her house we would walk around and look at all her flowers she planted in the yard. Many wonderful meals from such a gracious hostess and loved talking to her about her travels and volunteer work. She was so active in the community and just full of love. Her pride and joy was her family. 
She will be truly missed. 

To Mona and brothers, we are so saddened by the passing of your wonderful mom. We have such  fond memories of all the reunions we all got together. May she Rest In Peace. Love to you all fadia
