Bonnie Rosalyn Harrison, beloved and cherished by many, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2024, at the age of 82. Born in Denver, Colorado, on July 14, 1941, Bonnie made her home in Whittier, CA, where she resided for most of her life. She spent the last 4 years in Johnson City, Tn.
Bonnie is survived by her loving family, including her daughter Tami Barber Southerland, as well as Tobi Choate and Trudi Choate. Her legacy also extends to her 25 surviving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.
Known for her boundless kindness and unwavering compassion, Bonnie touched the hearts of all those fortunate enough to know her. She was a prayer warrior, offering solace and support to anyone who sought her guidance and comfort.
A faithful follower of Jesus, Bonnie found strength in her faith. Her favorite verse, Acts 20:24, served as a guiding light throughout her life. She often shared her belief that she would see her loved ones again in the heavenly abode.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the viewing, which will be held at 12:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 4th at Monte Vista Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Garden of the Cross at Monte Vista Memorial Park, where Bonnie will be laid to rest.
Bonnie Rosalyn Harrison will be fondly remembered as a beacon of love, compassion, and faith. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
