John Thomas Stream of Johnstown, passed away February 12, 2020. He was born April 30, 1962 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. John graduated high school in Mt. Vernon in 1980. Following high school John received an associate’s degree in drafting. John worked for 25 years at Simplex Grinnell. Outside of work John had a passion for auto racing, hunting, fishing, and most importantly his family. John is survived by his wife Terri, son Jarrett, daughter Shelby all of Johnstown, parents Tom and Mary Stream of Mt. Vernon, brother Mike Stream of Mt. Vernon, sister and brother-in-law Lynn and Nancy Thayer, and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. He is preceded in passing by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and brother-in-law Jim Richmond. Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 5:00-8:00 pm at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, Ohio. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 21, 2020 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Ohio State James Cancer Solove Research Institute in John’s honor.
