Roger L. Parks, 63, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away at Mount Carmel East Hospital on December 07, 2019. He was born on September 26, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio. Roger was a veteran of the United States Army, and a proud member of the Harmony Baptist Church. Roger was a beloved son and brother, and is survived by his mother Barbara Parks (Partlow), sisters Susie (Steve) Harrison and Diana (Dee) Cox, special friend and guardian angel Nelda Johnson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Norman Parks, and his grandparents. Calling hours will be held Thursday December 12, 2019 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, Ohio 43031. The funeral service will be held immediately following the calling hours with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery. Officiating the services will be Pastor Dan McLaughlin.
