Doris Ophelia Rogers

Ms. Doris Ophelia Rogers was born March 17, 1928 in CentralHatchee, Georgia and passed away December 7, 2017 in Riverdale, Georgia at the age of 89. Her spouse Charlie Rogers precedes her in death along with her parents, Young J. Allen and Lena E. Allen.

Doris leaves to cherish her fond memories sons, Charlie Rogers, Jr. and Christopher W. Rogers; daughters, Dorothy A. Bullington and Cheryl A. Rogers; grandchildren, Kevin Bullington, Robert Bullington, Jr., Traci D. Morris, David Bullington, Charlie H. Rogers, James W. Rogers, Crystal Cheyne, Stacey Smith, Leslie Bryant, Ashley Sharp, Angela Rogers, Scarlett Rogers, Nathan Rogers and Josh Rogers; great grandchildren, Delinda Bullington, Keith Bullington, Kyle Bullington, Joy Bullington, Ryan Morris, Dalton Rogers, Brandon Rogers, Thaxton Cheyne, Aubrey Bryant, Bryson Logan, Brayden Logan and Tristan Rogers; brother, Walton O. Allen; sister, Laverne Hayes and a host of other relatives and friends.

Doris Visitation will be Monday, December 11, 2017 from 11am-12:45pm. Funeral Service will begin following the visitation at 1pm, Stanley Rogers officiating. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Garden in Jonesboro, Georgia.
