Thinking of you Granny, Aunt Chris and the rest of the family.

So sorry to learn of your loss.  I hope your loving memories will comfort you during this difficult time.

My Pepaw was the best! I used to steal his peppermints and shove them in my mouth so he would not know,but he did. I would run around his house and play with him. I would go outside and chase his dog and play with random things in the backyard. He always caught me crawling through his doggy door.
HE LOVVEEDDD PEPSI!!!!! He always had a pack of ciggeretts,a lighter in his pocket and his pepsi in hand. We used to go to his house and have mini christmas:). When I went to his house its so welcoming even though it wasnt the biggest or best house. We also would swing on his porch and jump over rails,hide in the back of his truck,and stuff half the jar of peppermints in both my pockets and even fold the bottom of my shirt up to support all the mints. He always wore that green old hat. It was his favorite hat. Also his two shirts and blue jeans and his glasses. His favorite shirts had eagles and buffolo skulls. I love him so much and he will be missed. He is with memal now and he is in a better place. He was so handsome and he had SWAG! We love you and will miss you dearly. I will always be proud that i was able to call him my pepaw<3

My dad was a man of few words but of huge Actions that spoke volumes. He was my knight in shining armour ALWAYS there to rescue me without passing judgement.My cup runnith over DEDDY. There really isnt words that i can think of or express what this man meant to me but if you know me and my dad you know im Daddys girl through and through and i just wwant to say... Thank you for all you instilled in me, for being my best friend, for hugging me when i needed it, for being stern when iwas wrong, for being my shoulder to cry on, but most of all for just simply LOVING Me. I was the lucky one. I was lucky i got you as MY dad...people should be jealous of me just for that. Im glad that Conner got to be wih you as long as he did and i so wish that karma could to she will through me. The mold was broke when you were made. My selfishness wants you back here with me and im jealous at the same time that your getting to see mom again but i have waited just like you for 12 long years for yall to be together again. Kiss her and tell her how much ive missed her....Daddy i love you and always will and i missed you before you were gone. Think of me often as i will you and i hope to see you in my dreams soon..Your daughter Rinda kaye. all of us kids will carry on the poindexter legacy the best we can.

We knew the Poindexter Family since 1967..Harold and Henry worked together for years...Just want the family to know that you're in our thoughts and prayers..

I am so thankful for the time we got to spend together. Saturday will be a day I will cherise ALWAYS. Uncle Harold was one of the good ones, always there for his family no matter what. You will be greatly missed.

Last night I had a dream about my Pepaw. He just suddenly appeared out of no where and we were both in a white room and he was dressed all in white as well. I hugged him and he hugged me back. I said, "I love you Pepaw!" and he said, "I love you too." And then he faded away and my dream ended. I guess he wanted to see me before he left to be with my Memaw.
