He is preceded in death by his parents, Demosthene & Marie Helen Desrosiers; brothers, Yvesvon, Max, and Fritz Desrosiers; and sisters, Rolande, Jacqueline and Rose Marie Desrosiers.

Jean Claude Desrosiers leaves to cherish his precious memories which include his two daughters, Sheila Bertin and Lee Claude Joassin; son in law, Frederic Joassin; five grandchildren, Shévana Bertin, Brandon Bertin, Ashley L. Joassin, Clive Joassin and Mateo Joassin; siblings, Josette, Marie Helen. Dominque, and Violet and Michlin Desrosiers.

A visitation for Jean will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Tara Garden Chapel, 681 North Ave, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 12:30 PM, 681 North Ave, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. A committal service will occur Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Sherwood Memorial Park and Mausoleum, 6841 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236.
