Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Florrie Clarke, and sister, Faye Hammock.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 31-years, Mahria; son, Bo Clarke; step-sons, Mark Berry, and Chad (Olivia) Berry; step-daughter, Toni (Jake) Griffin; 6-grandchildren; brother, Johnny Clarke, and a host of other friends and family members.
Joe’s family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, February, 24, 2020 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Tara Garden Chapel – 681 North Avenue – Jonesboro, GA 30236.
Funeral Services honoring Joe’s life will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Tara Garden Chapel with Pastor Phil Bryant officiating.
Joe will be laid to rest with Navy Honors at Sherwood Memorial Park – 6841 Tara Blvd. – Jonesboro, GA 30236. (770) 478-5001.
