Chase has been an inspiration to many in his short life. He touched many lives and taught valuable lessons. His family cherished their time together and never will forget his infectious smile and unbreakable spirit. He was the true meaning of a fighter. Chase enjoyed reading books, singing, swimming, playing with his friends and his dog “Lit”. He will live forever in our hearts.
Survivors include his mother; Summer Lyn Konkiel Warren, father; Jay Warren, maternal grandmother; Bonnie Dixon, maternal grandfathers; Steve Dixon and James Konkiel , paternal grandparents, Sharon and Harold Warren, aunts; Lisa Saddler and Brandy Murphy, cousins; Gabby Saddler and Matthew Kossek. Chase was preceded in death by his uncle; Shane Konkiel.
Visitation with the Warren family will begin on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with funeral services to follow at 6:00pm at Aycock Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL. 33458.
