Born November 20, 1932, Frances Marinshaw, "Sandy" in Hampton, Pennsylvania born to Francis James Marishaw and Freda Delores Sieminski. She married Edward Kaye Don Humphrey in 1953. She retired after 20 year employee at St. Mary's Hospital and retired after 15+ years from Jupiter Medical Center.
She was very adventurous, traveled the world, she loved to read, go camping, hiking, fishing and she loved her pets. She volunteered with Angels Abroad, Jupiter CERT, Jupiter Code Enforcement and once was a summer camp nurse in Guatemala. She was a witty force to be reckoned with in the OR.
Survived by her daughters, Elaine Palma, and Elizabeth Trundy. Her grandchildren Christopher Mall, Stacey Corrigan, Sarah Baumgart, and Talia Humphrey. Her sister Ann Miller.Also a beloved family friend Edward Bender.
Predeceased by her husband, Edward K. Humphrey (Sept. 8, 1995) and her son Matthew F. Humphrey (Dec. 25, 2013).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peters Church, Jupiter, Sept. 19, 2015 at 10am. Graveside Service at Riverside Cemetery, Tequesta, immediately to follow.
