

95, passed away on July 16, 2012. Born in Palm Beach on April 20, 1917, the Water’s families were pioneers of the Palm Beach area since the late 1800’s.
George proudly served his country during WWII in the 352nd squadron, 301 Bomb Group of the 15th Air Force, North Africa, A B-17 (Lil’ Jo) Radio-Gunner Mate with 51 missions bombing over Italy and North Africa in 1943. He is a lifelong member of the IBEW Local 323 and the Veterans of Foreign War Post 4143.
George worked as a union electrician as well as a business man. He will be remembered for his loving spirit. His caring and kind heart will be with us forever. Survived by his sons George Morgan Waters, Jr., and Michael F. Waters; preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann, his son Steven, his parents Frank and Evelyn, his brothers John and Frank, and his sister Margaret.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 11 am, Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta.
