Irene Marie Pelletier Gillan, 84, of Jupiter, FL passed away on July 20, 2015. Irene was born in Syracuse, New York to Leo Pelletier and Rose Cartier on April 22, 1931 and was an only child. A longtime resident of Tequesta, FL Irene worked in Banking and in her retirement years, spent her time as the housekeeper and cook for the priests at St. Peter Catholic Church in Jupiter. Irene loved "taking care of her boys". Irene is survived by her children Kenneth Gillan and Jeannette Miller and grandchildren Laura & Joel Miller, Sarah Bruce, and Benjamin Gillan. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Peter Catholic Church in Jupiter, FL on Tuesday, August 4 at 10:00am. An Inurnment will take place at 1:30pm at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery. Aycock Funeral Home is coordinating the arrangements. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the St Peter Catholic Church Building Fund. In difficult times Irene would say with conviction "God will provide". It not only brought peace and belief to so many but her life was evidence of it.
