Patricia graduated from Mt. Penn High School in 1961 and relocated to South Florida soon thereafter. Her greatest love was for her husband, Frank Moeller and her family.
She is survived by her children, Jacqueline Medford, Stephen (Heather) Medford; grandsons, Grant and Blake Goby and Max and Jack Medford; as well as Linda (Steve) Gold, Susan Plebanek and Fran Nielsen.
In addition to her parent, she is predeceased by her brother, Anthony Stallone, Jr.
Graveside services are planned for Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 10:00 am at Riverside Memorial Park in Tequesta. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Trustbridge Hospice of Palm Beach County or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
