

Richard H. Anschutz, 90, of Juno Beach, Florida passed away on the morning of August 5, 2015 after a brief injury. A longtime Jupiter resident, Richard retired as Vice President for Marketing and Advanced Development after 34 years with Pratt & Whitney. He was equally successful in his second career as Vice President with E.F. Hutton and successor firms for 15 years. He was very active at First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta serving as project manager for two major additions, Senior Lay Officer and longtime Elder. His most successful accomplishments however were in the role of a truly exceptional husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and tireless servant to all that loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley, daughters; Linda Bednarczyk, Debbie and Jack Keefe, Cathy Brown, son, Steve and Jan Spitzer, grandsons, Jason Mincey, Jerritt Keefe, Kevin Lehane, Brandon Keefe, Max Spitzer and Jay Spitzer; great- grandson, Jacob Keefe, and his brother, Don Anschutz.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta, 482 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. The interment will be private.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the music department of the First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta.
