52, of Palm Beach Gardens and formerly of Tequesta passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
Shawn served his country in the US Navy. He loved the New York Yankees and being in the mountains. Shawn loved coaching baseball at Community Christian Academy. He also coached over 20 teams with JTAA Little League.
In earlier years Shawn worked as a broker and sales trainer for JB Hanauer. He then worked for Wachovia Securities. Most recently Shawn was the Director of Investor Relations for the Atria Group.
Shawn is survived by his sons Andrew Green, William Johansen, and Timothy Johansen; His former wife of 23 years, Donna Johansen; His father Norman Johansen; His mother Loretta Mercoguliano; his sister Jacqueline Johansen; and his brother Brian Johansen.
Private memorial services will be held at the family home.
In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at Fifth Third Bank to assist his children.
