

Shirley graduated from North High School in Syracuse, NY. She married John F. Wentworth on June 25, 1949 and together they shared 57 years of marriage. She was employed as a Head Teller and Commercial Banking Associate for Wells Fargo for over 20 years.
Her greatest love was her family and friends, enjoyed playing golf and bowling, games & card playing, music, painting, loved the beach and travel, member of the church choir, member of the order of the eastern star.
She is survived by two daughters, Jacquelyn Monaghan and Sandra Robinson; a son, David Wentworth & his wife, Linda; four granddaughters, Diette Jordan & her husband David, Kacie Feeley, Megan Feeley and Christen Chandler & her husband David, two grandsons, Daniel Monaghan and Corey Feeley; five great grandchildren, Addison Monaghan, Gavinn Bakker, Kennah Bakker, Logan Monaghan, Deakin Chandler; two great-great grandchildren, Declan Bath and Della Bath; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, George and Ruth Hodinger; three brothers, Mark, William and Stuart Hodinger and her husband, John Wentworth.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. Visitation will follow until 2:00 pm.
Memorial donations may be made to Trustbridge Hospice, Alzheimer's Association or Alzheimer Community Care.
