Stephen Andrew McBride, age 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Born in Everett, MA and a longtime resident of Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter FL, Stephen was one of 6 children (Mary, William III, Michael, Karen, and Marianne) of William and Rita McBride. He was a graduate of Malden Catholic High School and graduated from Boston University with master’s degrees in engineering and finance. He went on to become Controller of Turbo Power and Marine where he celebrated 25 years of his professional career then moved on to become VP of Finance with Craig A Smith and Associates for over 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Christine, sons Brian, Kevin (Fumie) and Paul (Janice) and grandchildren Kayla Rose and Beau Stephen.
He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved him.
Funeral mass to be held on Monday, January 29th at 11am in St Clare Catholic Church located at 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL. 33408. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trustbridge Hospice and/or the Alzheimer’s Association.
