Susan Doherty

52, born in Ipswich, MA, died on August 28, 2011 in Stuart, Florida. She is the daughter of the late Joseph A. Ginn, II and Gay Mason Ginn. Susan was predeceased by a brother Christopher D. Ginn and husband Bryant Doherty. She is survived by her brothers, Joseph A. Ginn, III and wife, Sandra of Essex, MA, Michael W. Ginn and wife Jayne, and youngest brother Matthew P. Ginn, all of Florida. She was very close to her two nieces, Autumn and Alexandra Ginn who both lived near Aunt Suzie in Stuart. Also survived by nephews, Joshua Ginn, Cory Jackson and the late Wayne Jackson. She will be sadly missed by her little dog "Pumpkin" who was always at her side.

Susan grew up in Essex at the Ginn Farm on John Wise Ave. and attended Essex and Gloucester schools. She moved to Florida with her parents and brother in 1988 and has lived in the West Palm Beach area since that time. She recently moved to Stuart, Florida where she enjoyed her home, driving her Jetta convertible, visiting friends and family and enjoying the sunshine. Susan is remembered by friends and family as a kind, loving and gentle person. Her landlord quotes that she "didn't have a mean bone in her body". She met with many challenges in life but her kind heart will dominate our memories.

Susan will be buried along side of her parents and brother at the Spring Street Cemetery in Essex. Family will receive guests on Friday, September 9th from 6-7 P.M. with memorial services to follow at 7 P.M., Aycock Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter.
