

73, of West Palm Beach passed away on July 6, 2016. Ted was born in Miami, Florida on October 28th 1942. He graduated from the first graduating class of North Miami Senior High School. He graduated from Dade JR. College with an Associate’s Degree and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army.
Ted married his first wife Janet Kendrick May 1969 and they had six children together. Ted was preceded in death by his first wife and 4 of his children. The always jolly Ted had lost a bit of joy. This changed when he met Ana Prado. She brought back his smile with her love and laughter. Ted and Ana were married on June 18, 2011. Their marriage brought together two families with love and respect. Ted worked as an insurance agent for American General for 27 years. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, Auxiliary of USAF for over 30 years assisting in search and rescue missions as well as training cadets in aerospace education and leadership. He volunteered with the American Red Cross and assisted families in need after any disaster. Most recently he volunteered at the Senior Home Center where he assisted others in their daily needs.
Ted will be greatly missed by his wife Ana, sisters Judy and Karen, daughters: Elizabeth and Susana, sons: George, Tommy, and David, as well as all his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless others whose lives have been impacted through his legacy of service before self, integrity, and compassion.
Memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, July 10th from 12:00 pm until 4:00 PM, with services beginning at 2:30 pm Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, Jupiter.
