Friend
I met Tommy during my bodybuilding years.  He was a mentor and possessed a wealth of information in the health field.  He was ahead of his time.  My greatest memory of Tom was his training methods and competing along side of him.  You had a tremendous impact in my life. It was a blessing crossing paths with you  RIP my friend. 


Sorry to see him go. I met Tom in college and he became a good friend and training partner. We had lots of good times together all through the 1970s , too many to mention.  RIP Tom - From your old friend Ed Psota

Dick and I are heartbroken at the loss of Tom.   He was a good friend and an excellent trainer.   He spoke so often of his family and his growing up in New Jersey.  We won’t be able to listen to a sixties station without thinking of him.  Sending love and deepest sympathy to his family and many friends. 

Tom was an exceptional trainer that I trained with for almost 4 years. He was a master of his craft and I am forever grateful for the fitness journey he helped put me on. He is missed. 

My brother Tommy was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. in 1954 and  grew up In Plainfield, N.J and Warren, N.J. He graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School in 1972 and is the oldest son of Thomas J. Roan and Helen T. Roan, who predecease him.
Four brothers and three sisters will remember him with love and understanding. I leave you with this prayer:
God give me the SERENITY to accept the things I cannot change;
the COURAGE to change the things I can and.... the WISDOM to know the difference.
We love you Tommy. I don't think you ever knew how much you were loved!  You are at peace now. We will always love you. Love never ends. Nora, Ed, Mary, Ellen, Jim, Tim and Gerard Roan XOXO


Tom. I couldn’t believe the news about your passing. We first met in 1975. Worked together in several night clubs. Worked out together.
