63, of Jupiter passed away on February 21, 2012. Wayne served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.
He will be truly missed by his brother Gary Fulmer and his wife Elena; His sisters Sarah Bickett and her husband Bob, Rita Boyd and her husband Richard. Private services will be held.
