William "Reggie" Ferrara

63, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away on July 2, 2013. Mr. Ferrara was born in Queens, New York and proudly served in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves. He attended Miami Dade Community College and the University of Miami. Mr. Ferrara worked for National Airlines and Pan American World Airways for many years before changing professions to become a Security Officer. He had worked at the Gardens Mall since 2001 where he touched so many lives with his willingness to help others.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife and best friend of 40 years, Susann Ferrara; son, Anthony Ferrara, currently serving in the United States Navy in Japan; daughter, Danielle Ferrara and grandson Dereck Phipps of Port St. Lucie; father, Rudolph Ferrara of Miami; brothers - Michael Ferrara of Pennsylvania; Mark Ferrara of Georgia; and Matthew Ferrara and wife Beth of Miami; sisters - Margaret-Ellen Koelmel and husband Jack of New York; and Claudia Ferrara of New York and many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Delores Ferrara.

The family will receive friends at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
