Eileen M. Sequeira-Perry, 58 of Lahaina, Maui, passed away on April 11, 2016. She was born on April 3, 1958 in Wailuku, Maui.
She was employed at the Hyatt Regency Maui as a Security Officer.
Visitations will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Maria Lanakila Catholic Church from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, with mass to begin at 7:00pm; cremation to follow.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Scott Perry; son, Eric Sequeira; daughters, Kamryn Perry and Madison Perry; mother, Lori Fong; brother, Eddie Fong Jr.; sister, Lisa (Alfred) Garcia Jr.; nephew, Ekahi Brewster and niece, Alia Garcia
