Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 11:00 a.m.; cremation will follow.

Ely Boy worked in Security for Securitas. He is survived by his parents, Noe & Ely R. Alconcel, Sr.; brother, Tyrone D. (Joel) Alconcel; half-brother, Norman Kaleialoha Nichro Kaiaokamalie; and half-sister, Leenelle Naomi Tomooka.
