Eugene is survived by his wife Cindy Williams, his sons Scott (Kerri Yamamoto), Chad (Brandi Williams), and Pono Williams; his grandchildren Parker, Asher, and Libby Williams. He is also survived by his siblings Steven Williams and Margaret Ku. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents Arthur and Alice Williams, his wife Colleen (Ogata) Williams and his brother Paul Williams.
His children fondly remember him as a kind and loving father with a wonderful sense of humor who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
