GERALDINE RUTH SILVA, 57 of Kalaoa, died September 23, 2010 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Lihue, Kauau she was a home maker. She is survived by mother Mildred Ruth Silva of Kekaha, Kauai; sons Harry Soares III of Lawai, Kauai, Joshua Lucas (Ashley) Soares of Kailua-Kona, Aaron Harrison (Jessica) Soares of Puhi, Kauai; daughters Chantel Marie (Troy Pa) Soares; brothers Ernest Simon (Brenda) Silva Jr, Lloyd Douglas (Kaimi Kamaka) Silva both of Kekaha, Kauai; sisterS Rosalie (Moki) Nitta of Kalaheo, Kauai, Jasmine "Jazzy" Silva of Kekaha, Kauai,; true friend Dru Enos of Kailua, Oahu; 4 grand children, numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: Funeral service scheduled for Friday October 22, 2010 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Visitation 11:00 am, service 1:00 pm, cremation to follow. Family requests casual attire, and flowers welcome.
