James "Kimo" Kaehukulani Plunkett, 75, of Wailuku, passed away on June 8, 2011, at his residence. He was born June 19, 1935 in Nahiku, Maui. Mr. Plunkett retired from Fong Construction Company as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He is survived by his wife, Verna Haunani Plunkett; sons, James John Plunkett, Jordan Jason (Yolanda) Plunkett; daughter, Delphine Lehuanani (Michael Sr.) Kaiwi; brothers, Howard "Bullo" Plunkett, Edward Plunkett, Leonard "Boy" Plunkett; sister, Lorraine P. Kenui; grandchildren, Shawn Keone Kiyoshi (Laurie) Plunkett, Melecia Kim Kehaunani Hoopai, Kai Nohea Hoopai, Joshua Plunkett, David Plunkett; and great-grandchildren, Kaimana James Hoopai, Emily Makena Plunkett, Serenity Kanoelehuanani Hoopai-Nishioka, Kamakoa Aukai Hoopai-Nishioka, Noah Plunkett.
Services: Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at St. Anthony Church, mass at 1 p.m., burial 2 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery.
