He is survived by his fiancée, Lilah Yap; sons, Kapena Yap-Fuller, Danny Fuller, and Joey Fuller; daughters, Bonnie Dykes, Kathy Tanaka, Cindy Fuller, Christy Fuller, Erwin Fuller, and Lauren Fuller; brother, Danny Fuller; sisters, Lena Kaili, Momi Fuller, and Wendy Fuller; and 11 grandchildren.
Joseph was the Owner/Operator of Best Disposal Company here on Maui. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2014, at Ballard Family Mortuary, memorial services will begin at 7 p.m.
