Judith Ann Gilbert, 46, of Ocean View, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Hilo Medical Center. She was born in California. Private services. She is survived by her mother Shirley Day (Dennis L.) Martineau of California; Step-mother Shirley Downing of Virginia; sons Adam Richard Starbird of California, Jacob Allan Starbird of Michigan; daughters Stephanie Marie Glenn of California, Maranda Elizabeth Gilbert of Pennsylvania; brother Maurice E. “Butch” (Dorcas) Downing IV of Virginia; sisters Mary (Paul) Boswell of Virginia, Christine (Vicki) Downing of Missouri.
