Julius Ponce

He was a hardworking and compassionate man with a deep passion for cars and auto mechanics. Through his work, he built lasting friendships and found joy in helping others, both in and outside of his profession. A devoted man of God and family, he cherished his relationship with the Lord and held his loved ones close to his heart, especially his two daughters. Everything he did was driven by his unwavering love and dedication to supporting his family.

He will be cherished and loved by all who carry him in their hearts. He will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace and love.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Ballard Family Mortuary Kahului from 6:00pm to 9:00pm with a prayer service beginning at 7:15pm. Second day, funeral service will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wailuku from 9:30am to 12:00pm; mass will start at 11:00am; burial to follow at Maui Memorial Park 12:30pm.

Julius is survived by his wife, Melody Ponce; daughters, Meldge Julzea and Meyelle Julzera Ponce; siblings, Antonette Pagaoa and Marc Ponce; nephew CJ Pagaoa and niece Miya Pagaoa.
