Family is inviting friends to gather for funeral services on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Visitaion will be held 9a.m. with a service at 11:30a.m. Burial will follow 2p.m. at Maui Memorial Park, Wailuku. Borthwick Norman's Mortuary is assisting with the arrangement. Mr.Otsuka was born on Auguest9, 1975 in Wailuku, Maui. He was a painter from Pacific Painting Co. He is survived by his Father, Lyle (Renee) Otsuka of Kauai; His mother, Gail Otsuka; his grnadmother, Nellie Villalon; his partner, Shirley Gusman; his 2sons, Levi Otsuka-Luis & Kylo Otsuka; his 2 daughters, Marlie-Ann Otsuka & Jahzion Otsuka; his brother, Gavin Otsuka and his hanai sister, Tammy Payne.
