Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Ballard Family Mortuary with visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and services at 10:30 a.m.
Mark was an Insurance Broker and part owner of Hawaiian Pacific Benefits.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Ann Kibbee; children, Elizabeth (Michael) Lofaro, Jonathan (Marissa) Kibbee, and Annabell Kibbee; hanai-daughter, Amanda Richards; mother, Patricia Rice Kent; brothers, Staats Austin Kibbee, and Wade Kibbee; sisters, Sherie (John) Weinberg, and Nancy Clark; grandchildren, Parker, Nate, Styles, Jesse, Charlie, Ethan, and Elvis; sister-in-law, Shelley Pallanes; son-in-law, Jason Brumbaugh; nephews, Nick Kibbee, and Shane Kibbee, and niece, Emily Pallanes.
