Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at St. Joseph Church in Makawao, Mass will begin at 11 a.m. and burial will follow at St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
Patrick formerly worked as a Warehouse Manager for Paradise Beverages. He also worked as a Maintenance Person/Custodian for Hale Mahaolu, and Makawao Veterinary Clinic.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Tavares; sons, Patrick S. (Rosy) Tavares, Jr., and Jeffrey A. (DarylLynn) Tavares; daughter, Brenda L. (Roy) Hirayama; brother, James (Carol) Tavares; sisters, Patricia Carvalho, and Eileen Mattos; 5 grandchildren, Jonathan Tavares, Troy DeMello, Joshua Tavares, Shawneen Tavares, and Jarred Tavares; and 4 great-grandchildren, Kalyla, Quinn, and Jeffrey Tavares, and Kyani Ah Yen. He is also survived by his pet dog, Chino.
Patrick was predeceased by his brother, Richard Tavares.
