Richard "Dik" Benson, 69 of Kihei, Maui passed away on June 14, 2010. He was born on February 21, 1941 in Orofino, Idaho and was owner of Dick Benson's Salon in Kihei. He is survived by mother, Edra Mattson; sons, Shawn Benson and Karl Benson; daughters; Teresa Carter and Kendal Benson; sisters, Sharon Vahlkamp and Deana Johnson; brother, Don Benson; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
